Fill Their Fridge is an online directory of nonprofits working to fight hunger in Lebanon.

Their mission is to facilitate donations from around the world to the nonprofits working on the ground to feed the Lebanese people that are affected by the economic crisis.

Fill Their Fridge aims to raise awareness about the current situation in Lebanon and to support the nonprofits/fundraisers by providing their information in one platform.

The goal is to direct more traffic to the nonprofits donation pages and to help them fill fridges in Lebanon with food, love & hope!

Speaker Bio:

Jessy C Daou is the founder of Fill Their Fridge and a graphic designer currently working in the Washington, DC area. After obtaining her Master’s degree in Communication and Visual Arts from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik she worked in advertising in Beirut, Lebanon before immigrating to the U.S.

She volunteered with the Lebanese Red Cross Youth department for several years and was involved in social work providing help and support for people who need it.

As a Lebanese expat living overseas and not being able to help on the ground she had the urge to create this initiative as a way to connect & help the Lebanese from miles away.
