Mindfulness in Stressful Times
Mindfulness can help you build more resilience in challenging times. This practice helps to stay grounded in the present moment. It limits the tendency to get lost in negative thoughts (which increase stress and anxiety). In this workshop, you will learn what is mindfulness and how you can easily start to practice at home.
- An introduction to mindfulness : what is it and why we need it in stressful times.
- Getting ready to practice : what is the intention of the exercise and how to sit properly on a chair to practice.
- Practice : you will be guided step by step through a session.
- Sharing and questions : you will be able to share your experience with the exercise and ask questions.
Moutassem Hammour is a chiropractor and a meditation instructor, he lives in France.
He hosts the podcast Pratiquer la Méditation (first podcast in France on the topic of mindfulness meditation) since 2012.
This session is online and Free of Charge!
