Online Gym - Weekly Live Fitness Classes by I Have Learned Academy
Sports and Exercise boosts the immune system and help fight off infections. Exercise allows immune cells to perform effectively — it increases blood flow, reduces stress and inflammation, and can strengthen antibodies.
With the Corona outbreak and limitations to go to the Gym, many of us has stopped exercising.
I Have Learned Academy is bringing the Gym to your home in February with weekly fitness classes to help you stay fit and healthy.
The program is as per below:
- Monday 1 Feb at 7 pm - Relaxing Yoga
- Monday 8 Feb at 6:30 pm - Zumba
- Monday 15 Feb at 7 pm - Stretching & Distressing
- Monday 22 Feb at 6:30 pm - Pound
About the Trainers:
- Relaxing Yoga & Stretching
Mayssa Tayar is a licensed Yoga Instructor and dietitian.
She received her 200-hour teacher certification from YogaWorks, USA Yoga Alliance. Her training blends the principles of Iyengar alignment with Vinyasa Flow, joining grace and fluidity of motion. Because of her training and experience with students who deal with joint and body pain, her classes can help soothe and ease major chronic and acute symptoms such as migraines, compression in the lower back and neck, kyphosis, scoliosis, shoulder issues, knee and ankle pain, arthritis/carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia etc... In addition, she offers prenatal yoga sessions that provide comfort and relaxation to relieve symptoms of pregnancy. However, the mat wasn't enough for her; she fell in love with aerial yoga and acquired her Aerialife Teacher certification. Her aerial yoga sessions are a union of yoga with the world of fitness and also provide a fun element while practicing safe acrobatic movements. When she’s not on her beloved mat, Mayssa, who is a dietitian and food lover, helps people create healthier, more balanced lives. On the mat, her classes and music selections reflect the way she lives, and loves, life. Mayssa is an inspiring combination of sukha* (flexibility) and sthira** (strength and stability).
- Zumba & Pound:
Rita Mitri is a Fitness Trainer, Actress and Active Zumba fitness Influencer and pound instructor. Mnown to the public in Movies, Drama series, funny TV commercials and live shows. Her passion for entertainment and production career led her to plan and produce Zumba fitness parties, zumbathons and Events since 2015. this allowed her to create a big circle of Zin members working together and believing in "WE ARE ONE" Zumba Theme in every single party hosted.
Tickets for the online sessions:
- Investment is only 50$ or 100 000 LL for the full month (4 sessions)
- Drop in for 1 session is only 20$ or 40 000 LL
1$ = 2000 LL only!
