What is the main element that makes us more resilient and constitutes the difference?

Is the way we handle difficulties the same for everyone or is it unique for each person?

Can we prepare ourselves? And if yes, What? And How?

The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the examples in the history of our humanity that puts us in front of the above questions;

These wonderings are not exclusive for the current situation only, but they are already or will be asked to be handled by you someday!

There is always a way out, if you choose to and that's what we will be discovering during our session.
