Mr. George Saab is a Senior Partner at Knowledge Development Company. he is a Certified Secretary of Board (ESA) and Board Director (IFS, Tamayaz and Excellence in Governance), Mr. Saab is a professional trainer, consultant, university instructor, and human resources practitioner with more than thirty years of experience. He has an executive MBA from ESA and studied International Affairs at LAU. He has held leading HR positions within the MENA region serving as Group HR Manager (Debbane Saikali a regional Group), Chief Human Resources Officer ( Chalhoub Group a global player in the Luxury business and TECOM Investments leader of Free Zones in UAE) covering diversified businesses and industries, as well as advisor to some of the region's top CEOs.Mr. Saab is a certified Psychometric assessor ( Profiles International, Insights Discovery) and EI expert (ESCI coach-assessor) and has extensive knowledge of talent management trends and practices, and an in-depth expertise in designing and implementing human resources systems and procedures. George is an advocate of Positive Leadership in organizations and has deployed efforts to include Gamification and Augmented Reality in training within the Mena region. He represents Manzalab Group, a French Serious Play design expert. Mr. Saab is also engaged in training as a free lancer, he recently intervened for PWC Academy for shell partnership in Basra, and for the Public Service in Qatar. Among his most recent events were topics like EI, Performance appraising, communication, Customer experience, Managing change, Leadership and Fund Raising. As a retained consultant he helped many organizations transform and bring change to their practices among which, Samtrade ( a subsidisry of UNIFERT), DG Jones (construction services) and Medsquare ( Medical equipment).
