    Johnny Ibrahim

    Ambassador Johnny Ibrahim (Ret.) is a seasoned Lebanese diplomat, educator, and international law specialist with over three decades of global experience. He currently serves on the Joint Appeals Board (JAB) of the International Seabed Authority. Throughout his career, he has represented Lebanon as Ambassador to Argentina and as Consul General in Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he served in Geneva and The Hague, where he worked closely with the United Nations, international courts and tribunals, and other international organizations, playing a significant role in shaping international relations.Ambassador Ibrahim holds advanced degrees from Leiden University, the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in France, MEDAC in Malta, and Notre Dame University in Lebanon. He combines profound academic insight with a lifelong commitment to public service. Known for his diplomacy and passion for dialogue, he continues to make significant contributions to international law and education. He speaks Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.

    Louis Abou-Charraf

    Louis Abou-Charaf is a corporate finance and international capital markets lawyer with extensive experience in international transactions. Since 2015, he has been a partner at Abou-Charaf Law, a boutique family firm in Beirut, following several years with leading international law firms in London and the UAE.

    Committed to Lebanon’s sovereignty, legal and civic discourse, Louis is an active political figure who contributes to public-dialogue platforms and advocates for systemic reform.
