Speaker's Bio

André Sleiman is a Public Policy & Governance practitioner with extensive experience in international development and public sector reform. He has assumed, since 2011, several managerial and team leader roles with international organisations and agencies like USAID, UN agencies, the World Bank Group, and EU-funded programmes. André has expertise leading and managing multi-million-dollar programmes on decentralisation, institutional capacity strengthening, environmental governance, and public policy programming in the MENA region. He specialised in sub-national service delivery, public administration reform, anti-corruption, and political participation.
