9:30 am - Arrival

10:00 am to 11:00 am - Mat Pilates & Stretching with Pilamera - Johanna Ghali

11:00 am to 11:30 am - Coffee Break

11:30 am to 12:30 pm - Talk Anxiety & Stress Instant Relief Session  with Nadine Kalashe

12:30 pm to 1:45 pm - Lunch buffet by Beit Noun

1:45 to to 3:00 pm - Rotating activities:

- Facial with Rivage

- Matcha Workshop with Sushi Cez‍

4:00 pm and 5:00 pm Sound Bath with floating mats on the pool (in and outside water) with Melhem Zouheiri

6:00 pm to 6:30 pm - Wrap-up, group photo and departures
